Wow, I hope you're joking. If not, LUCK is the only operative word you mentioned of any importance because you didn't make the right plays.
K9- either fold or small raise to try and steal the blinds, fold to any reraise
88- limp in and try to hit a set or pair higher than the board
AA- raise the hell out of it and try to get a call, all-in preflop is ridiculous in a MTT, even though I see it WAYYY too much.
A7- good fold to a raise, because most likely you're outkicked with an Ace on the flop, you can't play every hand an hope to get lucky
Do you have much success in MTT with this style of play? I play a much tighter style and can't find much success in MTT besides freerolls
. Maybe loosening up and getting luckiy is the only way to win money in these things?
