Ok, Well nine outs for the flush.
Open ended straight draw gives eight outs
Any one of these(7 8 6) floped =9 nine outs to give two pair
Any one of the 2 nines to give three of a kind =2 outs. So that makes it 28 outs I think.

Do you count the same cards twice???

How can pot be split : if a ten and seven flops, giving them both a ten high straight.

2) What % this i dont know, but im sure its pretty good as he has so many outs. When i think about it I would give this guy a higher % than player a. But I really dont know. Guess a=60% b= 40%.

LOL this is really guessing work here.

Player A has A♥ A♣ Player B has 9♠ 7♠, flop is 9♣ 8♠ 6♠.

1) How many outs does player B have?

2) Roughly what percentage chance does he have of winning?

3) How can pot be split?

1) 9 outs in spades, plus 3 10s to a straight,plus 3 5s to small straight, and 2 9s to trips or quads, so I'd say 17 outs

2) don't know % so I guess 31% LMFAO

3) split pot if 10, 7 red come on turn and river

wat the hell am I doing but thought I'd give it a try

26! You have to explain how you got to total! (that's more than I made it).

(P.S I'm looking for number of cards that will put player B in lead. It is possible that player B improves past A on turn, but A catches card on river, but ignore this for question).

Also, how can hand be tied? Took me a while to work out.

Edit - KK and Jamilie got qu 3 right.

Qu 1, we've got 12, 17, 26, 28 so far. None of these match up to my figure (which I dont know is right BTW!!!). Qu 2 answers are WAY off which is interesting!

22 outs

4 x 5's
4 x 10's
9 x Spade
3 x 7's
2 x 9's

Other outs pair the board giving player A a higher 2 pair

Post flop 84% player B
Post turn 47% player B

Runner/Runner 7 and a 10 or a 5 and a 7 make a straight on the board and splits the pot

Getting warm, but not quite re outs.
Re split pot, none of the cards can be spades, as that would give player B flush.

Yeah I know, but the outs are being calculated for player B

All those cards make player B's hand. Also, we are not calculating the odds of a split pot, just the cards that make a split pot

Also, the outs are correct because even though the spades might give player B a straight, the suit is irrelevant

So what 10's are you eliminating? and whats 5's are you eliminating? Any 5 or 10 makes his hand, the flush or straight wins the pot!

the 10 and 5 of spades because that would make a straight flush which is counted with spades

The actual percentages post flop are Player A 33.5%. player B 64.5%, and split pot 2%. So player A is ahead, but only has 1 in 3 chance of winning hand against his single opponent!

(P.S KillerKat, you cant count 8's and 6's because opponent would also have (better) 2 pair!).

1) How many outs does player B have?
As, Ks, Qs, Js, Ts, 5s, 4s, 3s, 2s
5d, 5h, 5c
Td, Th, Tc
9h, 9d
7c, 7d, 7h

20 total.

Ts and 5s are counted in the flush outs already.

I cheated.

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 34.4444 % 33.54% 00.91% { AcAh }
Hand 2: 65.5556 % 64.65% 00.91% { 9s7s }

robwhufc said:

Running non-spades that make a straight on the board.

9 spades
2 nines
3 tens
4 fives
2 eights
3 sixes
2 sevens
Equals 25 outs
percent to win I`d say about 88%
I think a 5h and 7d would be a split pot

Sorry i meant 25 outs, dont think im rite though, i think i missed something>>>>>>>>>>>> buckster436
