i enjoy playing mtt tournament , mostly because i get the chance to win alot of money, and find it alot funner..the feeling of growing a stack to a million chips, and second would be cash games, but i get bored easily , and tend to play bad lol, so i stay away from the cash game tables, anyway.... have nice day everyone, and goodluck at the tables
I prefer cash games , but every now and then I play some Sit'n'Go just for a change ,especially after a downswing in the cash games. Lately I've been playing some Spin & Go but just for fun. To me they're entertaining from time to time, and the idea of a maxim score for just a couple of minutes it's also appealing .
I play in mostly Sit & Gos and the occasional tournament. I don't often have a lot of time to spend hours in a tournament, let alone the hour+ of rebuys/late registration.
I prefer MTTs and SNGs and this comes mainly from mine competitive background. I used to play football/soccer and chess competitively and from there I get the adrenaline to always strive for the first place. It's similar with poker when we are reaching the final table, when players start busting, the feeling is can't be compared to cash games ( at least for me).
I most like playing SnG tournaments like 45/90 or more players. Tournaments not playing much because they last more hours and sometimes I lose patience if they last 4-5 hours, and cash game I play rarely because in one hand I can lose everything I earned by playing in 1 hour (for example, on preflop I have KK or AA and the opponent calls all-in , I call him and he show 99 and hit set on the flop).
I started playing a lot of SGN because many recommended it to build a bankroll, but I had a lot more profits on MTT, so I've been playing those more since then, despite the big variables ...
I love MTTs but may have found a moneymaker in STTs.
I use to have problems playing STTs, I would rarely make it ITM so I quit playing them until recently when I decided to give it a try, playing only a few games I started on Monday.
Well, 30 games later and I was wondering if this is just a fluke or is this type of upswing common?
I prefer to play MTT and SnG. In cash game often I can not control myself and lose more money, but in MTTs I know how much I can lose and how much - win. For me cash is so boring and monotone, but in MTT and SnG you play depending on a stack, position, stage of tournament, so I play only MTT and SnG.
