Top pair strong kicker, safe flop, but a lot of action.

Say you have KQ offsuit against a couple limpers and the flop comes Q 7 2 rainbow. There are 3 or 4 other players in the pot with you, you bet, next player puts in a big raise, 3rd player calls. It's early in the tournament and you don't have any good reads yet, is this a fold or call situation?

id say u probably got outkicked...or two pair if its early in the tournament otherwise u just ran into an aggressive player who probably has a q with a medium kicker and raised for information poker is about gettin information how to do that with out using a read is to bet at a person try a smooth call on this hand look at the flop.....i wouldnt check though i would bet a considerable amount the next hand....3 times out of 5 the player raising was bluffing to get early chip lead they wont call...if u land a set u dont want to scare people away so why bet at all and limp???

Well, depending on what type of tournament it is I would fold here. If its a freeroll, i'd probably shove with a good chance you have the best hand and try and get that early lead. You're looking at a big RR, a call, and you're out of position on the next street. You're either ahead or behind at this point and its just to early in the game to be risking most of/all of your chips with this hand. The flop is petty dry for a RR, so you could be looking at a better Q, possible 2 pair, a set-though, this is a strange spot for a set to bet, A pair under QQ but over 77, or garbage. I'd let it go and wait for a better spot. If you fold the best hand, oh well. Use the info you have for a later time in the game.
