How do you overcome tilt? Yesterday I played in two tournaments (on-line) and two sessions of $0.25/$0.50. I lost 6 times with pocket KK all to AA. (4 pocket AA, two times got there on the flop). It was a while till I detected I play like a donkey (after the 6th loos). How do you detect it if you subconsciously tilting? I was trying to keep it together, and in control, and I thought I did, till I checked my stats of the last 30 hands, when the light bulb went off. How do you ensure you are not still on tilt the next day??? (Asking for a friend ;))

just see your mistakes in these sessions
you yourself must understand whether the game will be comfortable for you further or whether you need to take a break for at least a day or two

Honestly it is hard , when u have a bad run. If a small part of you is still thinking about that session maybe a take a longer break. Or just follow abc poker playing tight.
A few deep breaths and get back in there [emoji3]

If it's variance then you simply have to learn to take remove emotions and result driven thoughts from your mindset and your game.
Always try to analyse a large sample of hands to determine if it is truly variance or not.

I agree. Taking a break is good for me too.

Exactly. And, if that's not the case, understand WHY, truly WHY and were the mistakes were. Remember to tag these hands and analyse them off the table.

Hello.
I am just trying to analyze my own game and my own decisions. It is important for me to play right. And that is why I just do not have such cases.
