For those of you who use poker tracker, how often are your desicions based on the information that PT and gametime + give you? If you were playing the same game without PT, do you think it affects your decisions a lot more if you did have it? In other words, would you play 910s from the BB when it got bumped up 4x the BB? What if player x raised under the gun, but his VP$IP was 21%? Anyways, I was thinking about this at work and thought I would ask the question. Later.

Don't use much the statistics in game, more after game to see what calls I made that was bad bets..
...in game I really use maybe only the PR% to see how agressive the player is beting (maybe to set a trap with trips ?_)..
so .. PokerTracker is a more help to after game, in game you should use your skills that is usualy more correct. You have always to remember that players usualy try to change gears all the time, so you need to take care of statistics like the "Agression coeficient"... as the player can be agressive whem you busted him with a bluff, but can be plaing tight to take advantege of the table image that his has created with that other play...
=)
So.. after games is a help.. in games can give a bad tip.

I use it all the time. That info is just as valuable as your hole cards.

Read the cash games hand analysis section. Nearly all posts include comments about what kind of ranges we expect from different styles of players.

PokerTracker is invaluable and completely changes the way I play a hand. Like if someone has a high fold on flop% I would play almost any two cards against them with an isolation raise and cbet. Or double barrel the flop and turn if he has really high fold to turn%. It is easier to recognize and exploit donks with PT than without.
