Is there an easier way to make my first bankroll deposit?

I have a debit card I can use, but I don't want to go through this huge pain-in-the-ass process of including a scanned picture of the front and back of the card AND a photo I.D, like Lock Poker is asking me for. I don't even have a scanner here anyway.

Is there another way to make a deposit, such as paypal?

go to Staples and they will do it for you prob for like $5. junk sounds annoying but it really only takes a few minutes then just have to wait for poker site to approve, normally fastish.

I think I'm gonna try BetOnline. Seems their process of making a deposit via debit card is fairly easy.

Honestly, the restrictions on U.S. players are just getting ridiculous now. What is the FBI so uptight about?

It's not the FBI, it's the DOJ (Dept. of Justice), and who knows? I've been successful with depositing with my debit card with no hassles at Merge sites.

Oh wait, I think I did have to scan something...but it was no big deal for me, because I have a scanner at home.

Well if BetOnline doesn't work, how's Bovada. Is it easy to make a deposit there without going through a bunch of crap?

Honestly, you would be better to just get the id and credit card info scanned because you will definitely have to do that on whatever site you want to withdraw from. I know its a pain but its for your protection and the sites.

Bovada doesn't seem to be asking that, just for my SSN. I have to wait for my new debit card to come in the mail, but this one seems like it won't be such a pain. I'm only trying to make a $25 deposit anyway, to play $2 sit and gos. lol

I.... Ummmm, someone I know... uses GreendotDOTcom just like an international card.

Loads it online with his/her domestic credit card.

Takes 2 hours to two days to clear, but when it does it's smooth like buttah. Er... so he/she says.

They ask for scans on non international credit cards, I believe. But like Y says. When it's time to withdraw...

What if I went and bought a visa gift card at a market, one that can be used both online and internationally. Would that be usable for a deposit?
