I have been playing tournaments profitably live for a few years now, but had always had a real rough run playing online. I took a six month break after ending up down around $350 on Full Tilt and starting reading posts here, as well as rereading all of my old poker books and am happy to report that as of last night I am finally a profitable player online. Started playing again after the New Year with the goal of becoming profitable in tournaments online by the end of the year, and to my great surprise have done it in under two months. I dug myself out of the hole mostly playing single table or two table SNGs for $2, and playing the $3 knockout 90 person tournys on Full Tilt. A lot of credit has to go to the posters on this site, particularly the posts of aliengenius, switch0723, and irexes. Some obvious leaks I had were spotted reading through the board and my sharkscope graph has finally started shooting up rather than down. :deal: Just wanted to thank you guys, I am a frequent troller but slack poster, will try to correct that inequity next.

You are welcome my friend, CC has done very much the same for me as well. Although I have minimal funds on Stars and Tilt, I'm going deeper in tournaments, play better short stack, pre-flop, and post-flop poker. I can make a good bluff and be able to tell when people are bluffing as well. This site has done a lot for my game, and for that I thank CC too!

Good to hear :)

And anything helpful I may have said is just the law of averages asserting itself btw
