Hi all!
Today, listing the PS lobby (Tourney), I paid attention on Team PS players attended in the tournaments.
I didn’t find them played in the tourneys with buy-in less than $11. Of course, the limits played, results and bankroll are basic aspects for definition, recognition and gaining the Team Pro status.
Thoughts aloud, what about those who is grinding a lot for a long time on micro-limits, achieved good results (bankroll), delivered many victories and confirms its “micro-limits Pro” status on a regular basis? Do they deserve the real Team Pro Status?
Thank you for your thoughts.

If they are designated pro by pokerstars then they deserve it for some reson or another. It just depends when you look. Sometimes there are pros playing very high buyins, but sometimes there are the ones playing low.

By the way, it can be very good marketing ploy to involve new players to the rooms offering them such benefit as Pro Status on micro-limits with subsequent advantages, rewards etc.

Would it not be a good marketing ploy to have the top pros like Negreanu and Liv Boeree occasionally play at the low level cash games or tournaments to draw in more recreational players?

No, i am talking about new Team Pro for Micro limits. Let's them, current poker stars, play whatever they want. We need new hero, for us, who plays at micro limits.
