Alright I'm thinking of switching from MTT to ring games(as you probably already figured out from the title). The variance is killing me and the bad beats ending my tournament life make me not want to do it anymore because even though i haven't been behind with all my chips in for a LONG time i still can't seem to win. I need some bankroll suggestions, some tips on strategy differences, and any other suggestions you can offer. Thanks in advance and Good Luck at the tables.

There are plenty of posts. Check out the Ring Game Analysis section. It'll be a good insight into how to think in the games, as it's different than in tournaments.

The video section has some good tutorials/real-life examples as well.
