I'm not sure if this is new or old, but I was just looking at the structure for the 100k at Stars, and the max number of entrants has been raised to 22500 from 20000. Is this a new change, or have I just not been paying attention? Also, what are your thoughts on the added entrants? I personally dont think it will change anything, still a HUGE field to play through

i think it is newish but still 20K to 22.5K is a 12.5% increase and for that size field it is hefty
i wonder how it will affect the payout sturcture ?

Larger field...

simply translates to longer play at certain levels of the tourney...hmm, i didn't check if the prize pool has improved though. Well, good luck! Cheers!

For at least the last 3 months the field has been full. So in reality it has been a $200K for some time now. This makes it a $225K game.

This game goes fast. Approx half the field per hour. ITM generally between the 3rd and 4th break.

It's under Special. It's Tourney ID # 80995544, starts Mar 23 at 15:30

Or tournament the the low tab and it should be registering. The tournament is like a Sunday Million for the low roller

I satellited into this 100 grand tourney last week. When I played in it last sunday there were 20,000 people registered, so they must of just changed it this week. But don't get your hopes up. Your chances are extremely slim to make it in the money. It was my first and I left disappointed taking a bad beat and going out in something like 12,000th place, lol. Maybe next time.

Nice to see this one increase, as it has been capped for weeks. I'll be playing this Sunday. Hope to beat last week's finish of 19800. :)

I played the Sunday Hundred grand earlier this year and once the game started I asked myself what the h#ll I was doing playing this. The field is massive, that combined with speed the blinds increase, you have to get extremely lucky to even make the money. The way I see it to have a chance you would have to almost double every hour just to beat the blinds. I never played again and the only way I will is if I get for free.

Its the same blind structure they use on all the Full Tilt tournaments, actually a little bit slower. It's the exact same they use for all the sng's(except the 180's) on Stars. The only downside is the massive field, and I would never buy into this tournament directly either. I do however play the 2 dollar sats. to it though, and will play after I win my seat through those

Yeah, thats what I said lol. I said its the same structure as 90% of the tourneys on Full Tilt and the same structure as the sng's on Stars except for the 180 players and the turbos. I also checked how many would get paid if the tourney was capped, and 3375 cash
