I haven't been playing much and I haven't really been in the mood for playing idk why. It's happened before I took a break and then was newly addicted.

However this week I am going to read all the books I can (Useful ones) and study as much as I possibly can and learn and try to better my game and then maybe apply some of the stuff in to my current game and see what happens.

Please post any books or any videos to improve my game that I can read or watch.

If you have any useful advice or whatever please post

Ive felt that boredom much more than once, still havent in poker tho, but in other games I certainly have. In some point of the game you just show no interest in playing, youre distracted, not careful. Usually it is okay, but to be that person in poker costs you. I guess you can get that over with if you earn some money by it. You can read articles in Pokerschool, look for gripsed on youtube, his videos has been proven to be useful, atleast for me. And for books is relative, it depends what game you would like to play.
Also learn to calculate your odds and outs, if you already havent. Its hard to propose something to you since you have 1200 posts. Maybe you could guide us which parts of your game sucks and which not.

best to improve is to enter the pages where they teach poker, where you got a lot of videos and live classes, also on youtube if you put in the search learn, styles, strategy etc, you leave many videos, I hope to serve you, greetings

I think the doyle is interesting, also you got the harrington
Besides reading, you should analyze hands played, and read articles and watch videos-

Some good quality videos to watch: Jason Somerville at PokerVt or youtube, Evan Jarvis aka Gripsed on youtube, CoolMamaJ and highdro at Dragthebar, Phil Galfond on youtube, bluefirepoker or Runitonce.

Good luck with your studies!

For me when I like to switch it up. I always have a poker book I'm reading, though how much I read of it depends. I also watch videos, analyze past hands, read forums, and read blogs and other training sources. I sometimes get bored if I just stick to one, and there is so much information out there to gather, I just prefer to pull it in from different sources.

Also remember though, there are many ways to play the game. Just because one big pro does one thing and works for him, it doesn't mean it'll work for you. So don't take everything you read as the gospel. However, on the flip side of that, even if it doesn't work for you, it may give you insight into what the hell some of the other people are doing out there :)

The best poker books I have ever read are as follows:
Harrington on Holdem all three volumes
Winning poker tournaments one hand at a time all three volumes
The raisers edge
Every hand revealed
The final table
High low split poker
Full tilt poker strategy guide
Power Holdem
Super system one and two

These are must reads for any real poker player.

Currently online schools are recommended to study the game is very dynamic and constantly changing, but livos are still a great way to study, recommend the Doyle Brunson!

in gus hansoms how i won the aussie millions i discovered combinatorics and then i bought owen gaines poker math that matters, then i read let there be range by tri nugyen although i suggest finding someone with the pdf because it cost like 1800 dollars or something crazy. those 3 books will make you think of poker in a completely different way
