I think it might be pretty even now if we're putting them against each other in their primes.
Stu was just really aggressive when most players played a very tight game. Paired with good people reading/hand reading skills, he was able to do very well.
Daniel has success in poker when there are more aggressive/hyper aggressive players at the tables, mostly due to the internet poker boom at the type of players that do well. I'm not sure if his people reading/hand reading skills is up to par with Stu's, but it's still very good. Stu's aggressive style will not really bother Daniel's play since he's so used it already.
I think Stu's weakness could be playing too aggressive at times and getting trapped easily and Daniel's weakness is he's a call station at times, which could get him into a lot of trouble.
In the end, I think it's really close, but maybe a slight edge to STU...
