I've seen something similar in AC where these really drunk 20/40 players bought like 5 racks or white chips and sat at a 2/4 table for some fun. Made me laugh and I almost sat but the table was full and didn't want to wait for a seat.

The "older guy" you're referring to is presumably Lee Jones, and I'm pretty sure that - despite it being his picture - he's not actually the player at the table.
