So What Now?

Oh well, my Sunday Million dream has evaporated on a coinflip last night as well as my pokerstars roll and a £100 chunk of my life roll. I decided last night was my last on stars because i fancied a change as I've been able to run deep on stars but never bink an mtt.
I've been silverstar most of the year and had some nice cashouts off there but it feels like i'm just pouring cash in, where my deposits used to be $10, they're no $40-50 on almost a monthly/fortnightly basis, because of good SNG BRM to run it up nice, but then blow it on MTT's because that's where I want to concentrate to make some real good cash. I am good at the start and midpoint of MTT's up until the midstages between bubble and FT, when my bigstack gets eroded away by blinds and too tight play. I know this and is the main leak i'm working on.

I also play on iPoker and have been staked $500 by a reputable student staking opportunity, and wow that has been bad. So many deep runs in MTT's ended just short of major cash. I've went from an 18% ROI in SNG's to around a 7% ROI and constantly seem to run bad, even though playing lots of volume to try and break it. I won a $2 MTT there last night but only for $74 so can't celebrate as I'm only just back over $400 and the stake ends if i reach 0 (pay back nothing)or $2500 (pay back $1500 keep $1000).

So now on to full tilt. I have friends who keep winning these rush od tourneys saying there very easy to build a huge roll with. I had some success with rush when it first came out and they still had the 135man 4.40's. I also have had good success with the 90man 3.30ko's. So I'm only gonna deposit $50 initially. I don't and can't get rakeback, i've tried very hard. I know i'm a good player, but my stats don't say so. I make the correct decisions 95% of the time i'm sure. I need my fortunes to turn around and hopefully full tilt and a change of scenery is the answer.

GL mate. You say you've done well in SNGs so why not stick to them and play the odd small buy in MTT? The 27 mans are fairly soft I find so maybe you should hit the $2 ones. If you haven't signed up for the full tilt poker Academy, I suggest you do so and if you decide to play the 27 mans I suggest you do Allen Cunninghams Medium Stack challenge. It's really easy to complete. GL

Yeah I'm gonna give full tilt a go and make use of all their promo's like happy hour, academy, iron man and stuff. I am a pretty decent SNG player, but the more I read, study and play the worse my results are coming. It seems the days when I ignored ICM and played how I felt was best, not a book, I could go on 20BI+ days and now it's a struggle to break even playing robotic TAG poker. I might try the 27man's but I usually prefer either STT's because they are quick and i can multitable a few for a decent hourly rate, or mtt's because i can maybe hit a big score with a deep run. The payouts for playing in 45 and 90 man SNG's are so skewed towards first 2/3 places it makes playin 2 hours to double my buyin seem like a waste, as the prize for 1st isn't really that great compared to the buyin.

Also, I use HEM, but am trying to just use it for analysis as I find I rely on the HUD quite a bit

Had a much better day on iPoker yesterday probably just had the Monday Blues yesterday. Still looking forward to moving to full tilt, but i'll be like a kid in a sweet shop with all the gimmicks and only $50 to spend lol.

I don't use it really but i already have it installed and its easy. Also, i meant i was up at 7am, then lab 9am-5pm, you make it sound worse lol
