It's been folded round to your Mid position and QTs is at least a pretty good drawing hand.
Open-limping is bad for a large number of reasons. If you are going to play a drawing hand, you really want to raise with it here. That way, even if you brick the flop you can take it down with a continuation bet.
But let's say you open-limp or make a small raise and get callers. Then what? You are playing a drawing hand out of position. This is a bad situation to be in, even if you make a real draw from the flop. So even if you hit, you are in a bad situation.
If you play this hand, you must be aggressive and raise as if you have something much better, using the possibility of QTs turning into something as essentially a backup to your aggression.
Folding is best, raising is acceptable, calling is not an option.
