Hi guyz!
Need your opinion on that....

Recently, I played a 60$ tournament and we were aroudn 20 players left on 84+11 rebuy. I'm in the top 5 stack, I'm SB and blinds are at 800/1.6K/200$ ante. Bubble is at 10th position.
UTG : fold,+1 : fold, + 2 : ALL-IN, +3 : fold, +4 : ALL in (quick re-raise) , util me : fold...
Then I look at my cards and see KK. I am playing with these folks since 2 hours now... The BB is agresive and also a little bit bingo player. He over-stack me at least 2:1 and he can push all-in with pocket deuces... Withing 5 seconds I ask for a count of the second stack pushed all-in (the bigger one) to know how much of my stack I need to sacrifice in that play (note : that's the 4th time I get KK on that table since I sat at the table 2 hours ago and I won 2 all-in and 1 pot pre-flop with that hand).
In the mean time, I am couting how much I can sacrifice from my stack, try to understand who got which cards, how many As are in, the outs, my outs, ... I also check the BB reactions and try to predic his move...
I receive the count then I instantly call "time" on myself. After 20-30 seconds, I just call. BB fold after 10-12 seconds.... (fiew, my reading was not so bad!)
Then.... I received a warning from the dealer for "slow roll" and she tell me the next tme she'll call the tournament director to warn me??? WT....???
What do you think!?

The dealer needs to learn the definition of "slow roll"

I'm pretty sure slow roll is after all bets are done and you make it seem like you lost just to turn over the winning hand. Basically not acting weak to get a larger pot but just making the other player think he'd won. Basically just to be a d-bag? right?

side note why would people call time on themself? We do it sometimes at my home games as a joke but to me if you wanna take 20-30 seconds couldn't you make that choice? is there some sort of manners, like an apology for taking so long and showing the table some faith you were thinking something though?

Maybe calling time on yourself was why she felt she had to warn you anything?

Yeah, dealer might have got their terminology wrong but you played the hand like an idiot. Probably thought saying she would give you an idiot warning would have been too mean.

Not slow roll, but pretty rude unless you think other player has good chance of having AA. That's the only decision you have to make. No way I can fold KK in this spot.

Or a general stupidity warning as it is known round here.

lol want to see how this thread develops..

but you got KK, can you ever fold KK in this spot?! especially as you're chip leader.. dealer was probably pissed that you were wasting people's time when you're deffo calling.

Don't talk when you don't read or don't know what you are talking about...

..what are you on about?

the BB calls wide, and the only hand he's ever worried about is AA he's never folding.

if it was a satellite it'd be different but it's a tournament and if his hand stands up he's got even more chips and a decent shot at taking it down.

why do all the randomers come at me.. ffs.
