This is what I got from ask.com-
The official definition of Sklansky Bucks is as follows:

"Sklansky bucks are theoretical money won or lost based on the Fundamental Theorem of Poker. The FTOP is discussed in The Theory of Poker.
Basically, if you lose a hand but your opponent made mistakes, such as drawing to a flush without proper pot odds, you may lose the pot but you have earned Sklansky bucks by causing your opponent to make a mistake.
On the flip side. If you are drawing without odds but you get luck and draw out on your opponent, you win the pot, but you lose Sklansky bucks."

about something else that added something to the concept
of sklansky bucks.

I believe you are referencing Euro bucks, the theory being that when the poker gods dump on you there is no reason to tilt as the bucks are worthless anyhoo. ;)

G-Bucks by Phil Galfond?

Yup, this is probably the one. This is a really good article he wrote about it. I haven't read about it in a while, but if I remember correctly, G-bucks compares your opponent's hand to your own range, and helps you figure out if you're allowing your opponent to play perfectly against you by having too narrow a range.
