Sit and go shark

Ok I just want to let you guys know i ordered from the site this advice software kinda like calculatem but just for sit and gos, been struggling lately in sngs want to know what im doing wrong. Anyways I bought it for full tilt which is the only US room it supports and it doesnt even read the cards or do anything. So I email support 4 times now to either get help running it or a refund and I have recieved absolutely no replies. Then just to check if they were ignoring my emails I sent them a general question from another email address and got a response in an hour. I dont know how sites can affiliate themselves with such an unprofessional site.
If anyone has any ideas how i can get this straightened up please help. It was created by roy rounder anyone know any hook ups maybe an email address? Its only $50 but I dont take kindly to sites ignoring me when i paid for their product

I had it a few years ago for pokerroom on the ongame network, worked fine and had no trouble with support. thought it was only available on partypoker now. might be down to your settings? have you tried any other sites (play tables) I thought it was a very neat & clever piece of software. the licence ran out and I never renewed it after. I'm sure they will reply.

I had it before and it works fine. Maybe try it on a different computer?

ya it says it supports full tilt on the main page, I tested it on party poker play money and it seemed to work fine. I actually just ran a system restore on my computer to try and get it to work but it still doesnt excuse support ignoring my emails

Have you tried using it on Full Tilt play money? I think their trial version only works with play money, maybe you got that one by mistake. You could always go to a torrent site and download the full version that works for sure. I would suggest one but I don't know the rules on that here so I'll keep my mouth shut.

Hey. I think i know what the problem is. Do you have your chat options turned to read everything? I had this problem too and it took a bit to figure out. I do know that if you bought it should work fine on Full Tilt. Mine does.

I think for the most part, software like this isn't allowed on poker sites. If the software developer gets it working for a site, it probably won't be long before the poker site changes something to disable it from working.

i did a bunch of research to see as i keep hearing rumors but software that calculate odds are ok...its those ones that track players and such that the sites don't like and are freezing peoples accounts for. I found on Stars a list posted of software that is accepted and what is not.
