I think the books are not so relevant, you have to take training from good players

The best way is to watch. With watching every person can see everything and analyze. There are a lot of Poker shows broadcasted from the last years and can be find on the social media. There you kind find everything you want for the poker game and watch carefully the tricy situations how are played.

for some understanding of the game of plus size poker I suggest you read Colin Moshman I think this is the only book that will give you some knowledge unfortunately or fortunately the books have already lost their relevance as they were written a long time ago I hope I was able to help you

Freerolls baby

Niki, you should check out the poker library available to you hear at Cardschat!! They have some great lessons for whatever level you may be at in your poker journey. Go through the lessons. Talk to other decent players you might meet, and play in freerolls as much as you can. You do not want to be PAYING for your ‘lessons’ by paying to play. The freerolls will be a bit more WIDE OPEN than solid poker play. But you will get a feel for the game.

Can anyone tell me some good poker books for online poker

Start learning to play, only from freerolls. Thanks to freerolls, you will be able to gain the necessary knowledge and will be able to gradually improve your skills. In addition, thanks to freerolls you can build a bankroll. Freerolls are the best option for your start. Books will give you only basic knowledge, and freerolls will allow you to gain practical skills. Good luck.

First of all, don't gamble on money until you learn the basic knowledge of the poker game, you can find them here on the forum, at PS they have a poker school ... after you pass this stage you start playing freeroll games, you have to patience, and when you consider that your game has gained experience you can move on to the next level in which to play on low stakes. Good luck!

Learn poker because you love the game for learning poker is going to cost you a way more money than you could hope to make for what could be a long while.

There is also a lot of useful material here on Cardschat, as well as hand analysis from which much can be learned.

To answer this question - you can easily start from free chips and freerolls tournaments(already mentioned above). If you already successful in both - probably you can start to play real money, according to your bankroll size. That's the simplest way to understand - where you are now) For most of amateur players - answer is simple, but may be you already has enough experience in offline poker or you have talent)

I started from books and playing online in free tournaments, but after few month - I think that books in most cases for more experienced players than I was. Now I try to learn poker with free online courses and pokers channels on YouTube and it give me much more understanding of poker in few weeks than I get from books and playing freerolls in 4 month..

Some good books you should read: The theory of poker by David Sklansky (some basic theories), Easy game by Andrew Seidman (advanced theories), Secrets of Professional Tournament Poker Volume by Jonathan Little (poker tournament), The Grinder’s Manual by Peter Clake (cash game), Excelling At No-Limit Hold-em (some articles about modern poker)

All the books are written nonsense. Only practice will help you realize that everything depends on randomness. Many people use programs, spend time on books, and continue to lose personal money. Collect bankroll via Freeroll and play calmly without nerves.

in poker you need to think a lot and make the right decisions, understand when you need to fold or open cards, there are a lot of chips that you need to be able to, without this you cannot earn money

In my opinion, it is necessary to work on the game, which helps solvers, communication with the players, which will help to avoid mistakes and correct the game.
The books and articles will explain the basics to you, this is important to start with, player streams can also help you analyze and tweak your strategy, but for the most part, this is just entertainment content, since there are almost no educational streams.
