I really want to start taking my poker seriously and was looking on a few sites at recommended books that would help my game and also show me how to consistently make profit online.

I think dusty schmidts book, treat poker like a business looks really worth getting, just wanted to see what you guys thought about it? if anyone already has the book, is it worth getting? Also what books would you recommend that is going to help my game?

There are 4 books that you must read and practice. 1) the theory of poker, salansky, 2) Harrington 3 vol. set. Read and practice harrington's examples.

Phil Gordon's Little Green Book is 7,300 points. That's one $26 Tournament ticket (5,800 pts) and 3 $2.20 BLT Tickets (450 pts). With a few points left over. That's about $30.

You can buy PG LGB for 7 or 8 bucks on the internet, in a book store near by you probably $15.

Do the math.
