screen shots

can someone explain to me how to take screenshots. anything specific that i need to do, like where i need my cursor or whatever. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

press alt+prt scrn to capture the selected window (or just prt scrn for the whole screen)

open paint

ctrl+v

i use screen hunter it is free and easy

I put this in another thread. I hope it helps. If you need more help I will try.

1. Screenshot, Windows I presume, ALT + PRT SCR/sysrq button.

2. Paste into a progam such as MS Paint and save as...

3. Upload to the Internet on a photo hosting or a private web page. I use photobucket (Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket)

4. Insert link into the CC forum to the host picture.
