So, I got 5 euros from virginpoker to use at their site, so I went along and downloaded it.
I hardly ever play cash tables, but as their cheapest sng is 1 euro, I figured i'd take the lot to the 5c/10c table FR(their cheapest ring table) and spunk it there. I decided to play tight to start with, see whats happening.
OMG, this site is so full of fish, so full. On average, you get 6-7 limping to the flop, every hand, and even when you raise 4 or 5 BB you still get 3-4 callers. Then at the flop, if any of them catch a piece of it, bottom pair, straight or flush draw they call all the way to the river, whatever you bet(within reason).
I've had 3 sessions, one-tabling, each lasting for about 2 hours each, and already I'm up to 25 euros.
I'm just playing premium with a raise, or limping cheaply with small pairs/suited connectors to hopefully hit big, then only calling big all-ins if I have the nuts, or close to it. Any other plays I can incorporate?
Oh, yeah, they also have 10c rebuy mtts, with 50 euros added. I've played 3, never rebought, and placed in the money in each, one Im in at the moment had 63 entries! and is already down to final tble(all get paid) Im sitting 5th at the moment.
Will post some hand histories when I can work out where they are!

I won a bit at the ring tables, so i entered a 1 euro mtt. down to the final table (9 people), I was down to 2 big blinds, had been card dead for ages, then had a rush of cards, AA, AK, AQ all hitting big, then flopping a set, then a flush, and went and won it all!
Currently sitting at 43 euros, plus change!

Its true alot of the smaller sitest can be sticky but i doubt there is any danger when playing the British site since there mostly conected to casinos and are traded on the open market

Another English site I used for a great private freeroll I was invited to (500euros only 100 people in it). I came 7th for 25 euros and cashed it out immediately, no deposit or anything else required. (poker.co.uk)

nah, well, I signed up for a special freeroll thru PokerPlayer magazine and didnt get anywhere, so didnt bother to use the site again, then all of a sudden I got the 5 euros in an email, right result.

A sample hand from memory: I limp in with 78os, flop comes 456 with 2 hearts. so I bet big, worrried about flush draw, and still get 2 callers. turn is 3 of hearts, so i think, ok, might be a flush about. i still get called when i bet, then the river brings Ah, so Im thinking ok, 4 hearts on board, proceed with caution. I still bet, but the other 2 guys still in both push, so I fold, as i had a big stack and one of them covered me. So, one guy turns over A2 for the low straight, and the other guy has AT, neither has hearts!!!!! I would have won it, was a bit gutted, but i was 99% sure someone had a heart for the flush!

Think i would of folded too, the other 2 must of been brave to go all in with no hearts with 4 of them on the board though after you've bet.

it aint bravery, it's stupidity, they dont read the board, just see their cards and bet on them!
