Runner Runner (online poker move)

New movie coming this fall, Starring Justin Timberlake and Ben affleck, about a college student who goes bust playing online poker. I included the official movie site that has the trailer and the IMBD link.

Well the college student concept is no different then what happened in Rounders.......

Then the online cheating thing is basically telling the story of previous online poker scandals....so considering the state of online poker, I dont see how it could make it any worse. Not that its going to make it better.....

Just saw the trailer the other day when we went to go see The Heat.

There was already a thread about this a few weeks ago. Looking forward to it coming out.

Film looks good more relevent than rounders now with the online boom.

I will always play online,

but I stick to my belief if 100 players run records on 100 hands from live games v's 100 hands on selected online poker sites.

you could 'probably see a difference in card tendancies based on player per player variance, being more action situations online 'and players calling more hands making rivers'

I recommend you "rounders" it's a very good poker movie !!!!
