When there are 4-6 guys playing poker, and the 1st guy raises, does everyone have to wait until it goes one round to all of the players before anyone else can raise. We have a situation where the 1st guy deciding he wants to stay in raises immediately after he meets the first raise making the rest of the guys intimidated and required to put in more than the 1st raise and not being treated the same as the first guy.

Here is a link to how the rules of betting work,

http://www.pokerlistings.com/poker-rules-texas-holdem

To answer your question though "No" If Player 1 has SB player 2 has BB (SB=Small Blind) (BB=Big blind) (Blinds are forced bets to start the action)

PreFlop: The Player to the immediate left of the BB is first to act preflop and after he acts (Acts=Action= fold, call, raise, check) the player to his left is next to act

Post Flop: First to act post flop is the SB (If he is still in the hand) then the BB an so on (Dealer is always last to act post flop)

If a Player raises, other players have the choice to
A.) Fold
B.) Call
C.) Raise

a bet must be at least as big as the BB :Example: If the BB is (10c) a player must bet the minimum of (10c)

A raise must be at least 2x as big as a bet :Example: If a player bets 10c the minimum a player can raise is (20c)

You shouldn't choose not to come back I think that would be a mistake if you are looking to becoming a better player Cardschat is an amazing place to learn and get better no matter what skill level a player is at.

You can choose to ignore the people that get under your skin don't let some one who bothers you, annoys you or makes you upset keep you from Cardschat cause you do they win =o

Settle downnnn bud.

No offense intended, I just didn't fully understand your question. I apologize if you took it the wrong way.

Welcome to CardsChat and whether or not you decide to stay is not up to me but I can tell you right now that there is a lot of info as well as cool events here such as freerolls, Seasonal leagues with teams etc.. Lots of friendly members and staff as well.
