can someone explain to me what ROI in poker is...since depositing sharkscope says my ROI is 99%...this is in single table sng's for the most part...basically what I was wondering is how is this number calculated and what is considered a good ROI.

Also I noticed there is Avg. ROI and Total ROI which is alot higher on my graph

thanks

well roi is return on investment so if yours is 99% then that would mean if you play 100 dollar buyins then you'll avg getting 99.00 back. but you must have only played a few sng's to have that stat. no one in the world could have an roi even close to that long term. the best pros in the world have a roi of under 20%. ive never heard of anything over 20 at large stakes. small stakes i have 18% through 500 games, but even that is not a large enough sample. 0% would be a break even player, except the rake. 10% is a good player.

sharkscope says you only played 11 games, which is nothing. after 1 or 2 thousand games you'll have a clearer idea of your roi, but 10,20 thousand would be ideal.
