Hi all,
I also have one more question,What's your fav ?I find myself playing alot
of ring games which I just cant seem to win any money I'm usually just
sustaining ,breaking even and when I play tourneys I dont win that much..To tell you all the truth I have yet to cash out 5 bucks,I'm pretty discouraged with the whole online poker thing. When I play live I do kick some as- though.

dont feel discouraged. maybe you are more of a feel and tells player and live poker is your strength. that is always a good thing. with playing online you have to be more fundamentally sound.

cash games is playing real poker in my estimation. as when you fire 3 bullets with nothing it is your own money, where as tourney you only lose your buy-in.

a question, how is your limit game?

I like SnG's and ring games. I find myself making more $ at SnG's, but I really like ring games.

For live play I think I am better at ring games, though I haven't played enough live SnG's to have a large enough sample size to be 100% positive.

Sounds like you're having a bit of a struggle like I did when I first started playing online. Personally, I like ring games, but again like you, I had a hard time with them. I now stick to the SNG's and MTT's where I have better results.

I rather play ring, it seems that the sng's have to much luck involved, and i tend to get more unlucky than lucky there. In cash games there is still luck involved, not as much though.

just keep working on your game see where you can make the money at and then play with the other games to get better at with some of your winnings. you might be suprised at what you can win if you try.

I do enjoy the tourneys, however if my br is less than $20 on the site I prefer the ring games, I feel I have more control. When you run bad you can keep folding where as in the tourney if you run bad the blinds are going up and there is little control unless you are effective at bluffing, which I am not.
