Rigged:

Adjective

Definition: I play poorly and couldn’t spot a flush draw if it was taped to the inside of the sunglasses I wear at my computer because it makes me look like the cool pros that I wish to emulate, even though I’m not really sure what that means. Often preceded by “F***ing” indicating exceptionally narrow-minded play, such as limping with A’s UTG.

Any use of the term indicates that a conversation including the words Outs or Live Cards would be beyond comprehension.

Usage: Primarily a part of the lexicon of players whose self-image vastly differs from their table image. See “Micro-stakes Johnny Chan” for further clarification.

Profitability: HUGE. When confronted with a player who frequently rants about rigged sites, it is best to offer comforting reassurances that they played all hands correctly, the poker world vastly under appreciates their true poker genius, then invite them to a ring game with you. Upon accumulation of all chips, politely leave the game, and distribute the users screen name to all members of your buddy list.

I am sure that you feel that the draws and probabilities are the same, when I first started four years ago, I knew no different. Then I started playing live with my friend who has been a solid player for over fifteen years, and he said to me onlines fun and convenient but it is not even remotely similar to how things fall in live. As I played more and more live poker this was obviously true. If it is the same difference say on tilt as in live poker how is it always way way WAY WAY easier to hit a draw than a hand to hold up, and I know odds I am not talking any draw that is a favorite or even a flip. You are lying to yourself if you think that it isnt tweaked, off or not random in some way, rigged makes sense. People say why, why would they rig it for one player or the other. The goal is to add a little bit of luck to keep skill players from making too much, this in all odds increases the rakes, and increase the amount of money that stays in the site. To me until I see different I play quite different in online backwards, and it works but still no where near the joy of playing live playing the hand "correctly". I have won in almost every live session I have played and suffered almost no truly badbeats, maybe one per night. My opinion.

You mean its not rigged.. :D

I got wound up at the casino the other night in a £30 freeze out (deep). One player was throwing chips away playing almost everyhand.. One of the old timers decided to start giving him hints.. I had to tell the player not to listen to the old guy and he was doing everything right.

Always congratulate bad players on their stupid plays... ALWAYS tell them they were unlucky... And always agree with people who think its Rigged.... Makes like so much more.. Profitable! :)
