If you are knocked out of a tournament that you had high hopes for, do you have anger and resentment? Or do you understand that everything is to blame for everything, even if you are just not lucky and try to understand your mistakes? I think that you need to be able to leave beautifully, but what do you think?

I think so too. After all it is just a poker a game you can't have anger and resentment. Some times the cards just don't come, it is not even that you are making any mistakes, you sometimes just don't have luck. Walk away with grace and try another day.

I think that every game you play, like a tournament is a learning moment in your poker career. When you lose, you have to understand why you lose. Did you had a good opportunity to win the hand or was this just bad luck. That is my feeling about playing poker tournament. And ofcourse, I will think: Sh*t, but at the end If I can understand my I lost my game then I'm oke with it.

Its not about luck, if you increase your skill you cant lose.

I'm cool with that, I try not to show anger, but rather analyze my games.

If I lose I will analyze the situation. But I never get angry. I feel that you shouldn't be playing the game if your going to get angry or upset.

I would not say i get angry but i am disappointed if I am put out of a tournament that i really had high hopes for. Its not a feeling that lasts too long, because I know that poker is not strictly a skill game and sometimes donkeys get lucky

I am never angry really. Sometimes in a very difficult game, I get minorly frustrated. But I would rather be at the bottom of the best league, then at the top of the worst. I have learnt to loose as gracefully as I win.

Anger

I am never angry either unless I am angry at myself for making a silly mistake and throwing it away.

Nobody likes to be outdrawn, and leaving a tornament, specially at the bubble stage can be very frustating, but as you play and start to see that not even every out draw is a bad beat, it is easier to "swallow" when you leave a tornament

After each loss, I always analyze my game, what I did wrong, and where I did not correctly refer! It helps a lot in other poker games!

In poker there are situations when you do everything correctly but still lose! For example, you have the oldest full house and at the end of Four of a kind !!! Just someone lucky! And we must be prepared for such situations! Although not nice of course))))

Is part of this game even if you have done everything right, win with 22 and lose with AA.

When I started playing I would get bitter and angry when I got knocked out in big spots, but I've now lost so many times that I no longer care. :D

If you can't take a loss you won't last long enough to finally win. Fair warning though, there are some miserable people out there who can tell you every bad beat they have ever received, so be careful!

Good luck to you.

Not resentful at all, up set when someone sucks out, yes. But that lasts maybe a couple on minutes then time to move on.

Unfortunately it is not easy to get lost for a long time. Especially when you can not always deposit. I really like to play and I do not have many financial conditions for this, and then when I lose a super hyper winning ultra hand for sure I get very angry. There are days that simply the cards do not come and if you need to have some profit, there is no way to be calm. I know and I've studied a lot about tilt and resentments, but there's no way you can handle anger at certain times. Hehehe.

Everyone feels like shit after being eliminated. Even professionals. It takes some time to get over it and move on to the next mtt

Apparently your father was a good and decent man! It's nice to deal with such people!
