Poker players are caught between a rock and a hard place again:
Kyl and others don't want gambling but will bend on online poker as long as the UIGEA is strenghtened
those who want to expand and legalize online gaming.
It makes sense that the NGA is against the current poker bill.
All I want is my online poker back. I don't give a damn whether other gambling is legal or illegal, but the damn suits in Washington somehow think it's their job to decide what types of gambling are legal or illegal. They pretend to be against gambling yet there is no one calling for making lotteries, or horse-racing or fantasy-sports betting illegal.
It's way past time for the government to mind their own business. It's obvious to anyone that the things they SHOULD be doing aren't getting done or are getting done badly.
The whole thing makes me sick.
