Hello friends okay?
A few months ago I'm not involved with our sport, because of some conflicts that were hindering my game.
In my case occurred because of personal problems, in short, was not able to give my best.
After all who ever went through similar situations?
Thankfully, things have improved, but basically here talking, I think when we are in that situation the best we can do is reflect on the things that are upsetting to not having disastrous losses and the most important:
Put in check the skills we have developed over the years of learning.
To practice poker, you must be at peace with life, happy and healthy.
We have to take care of our mental health, psychologically prepare ourselves for we take the right decision when needed.
then those who are in these situations, my advice is to take time for yourself and reflect on what is really messing up your game.
