I have mainly played tournaments and sngs since starting to play poker but I`m starting try my hand at ring games. I played a short session of .25/.50c NLHE at a 6 handed table last night (mainly because I couldn`t find a 9 seater table at those blinds) and I was wondering what advice you could offer to a relative novice at ring games, especially when playing short-handed (I`m used to playing 9 or 10 seat tourneys/sngs).
Even from that short session I can see that short-handed probably has more potential for profit but would you recommend I play at a full table because that`s what I`m used to or would you say it really doesn`t matter?
Finally what would you consider to be a decent profit per hour at those limits? In limit poker I know I`d be looking to win maybe 3 or 4 big bets per hour, what about NLHE?
