Recently we've been discussing the topic. "I got Quads". I figured since PQ gave me the "secret" and I just got another one, that I would start this thread for fun.

Is there different terminology for quads where you have 2 in your hand and 2 on the board, versus 3 on the board and one in your hand? (cf. set vs trips)

Quad A's twice last weekend, since I'm not bright enough or maybe just too lazy, to post a hand history you will just have to take my word for it.

Here's a couple hands I've gotten recently:

Interesting Jimbo. Just trying to work out how your opponent managed to escape with over half his stack intact in the first one, and how a guy with nothing gets felted in the second...

Yea, I'll have to pull those back up If I remember correctly I think I slow played the first and the second was against a major donk.

How's this for sad? Kinda how my game has been going lately.

Fresh off the press....lol Desparation move short stacked last place in 45 player SNG with Aloe in same SNG...notice I posted her position....had to keep ya in the pic Aloe! LOL

Does Omaha count?

This one's not exactly quads, but it sort of fits the description...too bad I couldn't play them all.

Another for the board.

Here's a slightly different take on quads. Playing Omaha H/L, I've had 11 sets of quads in about 10 hours of tourney play, ....but, I LOST with quad 5s last night, to a straight flush.
