yeah they're pretty easy I'd say. A lot of people (at micro stakes) will shove with like AJ or QK or something like that so as long as you have patience and fold most of your hands you can wait for a premium and you're usually ahead. Sure, there's lots of bad beats and suckouts but that's what happens at an AIOF tournament/SNG.
I've played this before and have had success.

Its not what you have when you shove, its are you shoving at the right times. You shove when nobody is going to call.
You'll still shove at the wrong times, usually get caught by AA in the Big blind or Small Blind. But I get sucked out on daily so I know it happens.
A good time to shove, short stacked, when you have 4x the BB your in the BB, SB or Button and everyone else has just limped.

i find all in or fold (if thats was what you where playing) very fun and i like it more if it is with bounty.... If you have patience to wait good cards and catch some players who steal blinds with it you can have some nice run there
