just grossness man. i'm going to make a prediction here in this obscure thread. You, me, bw, and Zach, as most people know are going to play in the ME in 2010. Of course we'll all end up at the final table and there's going to be some dude from ... i dunno ... Micronesia. And he is going to suck out HARD on ... hmm .. lets say ZACH.
And Zach will give the post interview of "HEAO #@$( %$ GEG$@(* T()#T WFE WEF PO@# (@#$)T "
Priceless.

I like the prediction, but i prefer zach hitting a sick card against the micronesian
Here's the situation. I have 34h and the board comes 2h5hKh, other guy stacks AT with the Ah. Turn comes Qh, river comes 6h .
He had to call 75.6K to win a pot of 215.3K or ~2.8:1 odds. The first hand I'm not sure but what kind of odds was he getting?

Jack Ten against KK is just sick
But Pham didn't know this. He figured his odds for 9 remaining hearts, not 6.You guys are forgetting that Scotty folded Ah 5h and the other guy had the Qh - there is only 6 hearts left in the deck - his odds were worse than he thought.

ESPN takes into account the fact that QxQh has redraws & that 2 hearts are missing when they compute the odds of winning.lol no he figured "I have to gamboool to win, I call". Also if he was really thinking it through he'd realize there are sets/2-pairs in his range that take away odds to call.
