One source I read recommended 3x plus 1 bb for every flat call before you and I've been using this. I've found that alot of people dont realise what I'm doing and see it as just an over bet or something others I'm not sure. I've had mixed results I think I have a preety TAG image. I play with mostly the same players requarly. I do try to mix it up with different tables.

That strategy is generally used for 100bb deep cash game. It can be used early in a tournament when you have lots of blinds but once you get under 50bb you may want to switch it up to smaller sizings.

Ok thanks. So maybe just 3x 2.5 x? Does it matter on position and good cards/stealing?
