ok so I think I wanna buy this program to help me manage my bankroll and understand where I am losing profit and where I am gaining the most. I know quite alot about computers and such but this program seems hard to understand. I have not researched it alot yet but is there a guide with it that allows the parts of it to be figured out fast?
Also
I am assuming PT is the program i see in most videos where the numbers are next to people and the program people use to post their graphs and when they talk about the BB/hour?

Pokertracker is the program that imports all your HHs and gives you stats, PAHUD (pokeracesoftware.com, $25) is the program that puts the stats on your table.

There's a brief setup guide I wrote which I think is in the articles section, plus Chris (dorkus) wrote another nicer guide which is somewhere in the forums methinks.

i think the trial has 1000 hands only so should i wait till i get to that then post it?

For analysis of your own stats, you will probably want something like 10K hands min. Smaller sample might give examples of serious leaks but the bigger the better. You should also be checking out the poker tracker site as it is where you can find quicker answers faster. This is a real problem with the PT freebie as I think it only saves 1000 hands.

Keep in mind that a completely new version of PT is deep in the works, it went alpha testing early December, and may be close to beta any day now.

I did the trial version, got little out of it (my fault not PT's) and decided that I want to wait for the next version.
