PokerStars Screen Mystery!!!!

Has anyone ever noticed that something is written on the bottom of the pokerstars main lobby screen....I have and for the past few days its been bugging me because i could never make it out...so i sent an e-mail to stars asking them to please tell me what it says....
and here it is....
