That'd be a like a bank publishing blueprints to their security system so that people can be assured their money is safe. Sharing it is a a *bigger* security risk as it invites exploitation. IE, being unknown is a major factor in security.
For example, slot machines. They're secure and use the latest technology to prevent tampering. But people have been known to get a hold of them and develop *new* technology based on how they see it works so they can cheat the machines. Just because you can block all known exploits, doesn't mean you'll be able to block the unknown stuff, or the stuff that hasn't been invented yet.
