I used to play at Ultimatebet and was able to check my recent playing history through the cashier (e.g. 1/1/01 SNG -$5.50 ... 1/1/01 SNG winnings +$25.00). I have been playing on pokerstars for a couple of months now and have noticed a discrepancy in the records I have been keeping and the current balance in my account.

Is there a way of checking these details?

The discrepancy has only appeared today. It was correct yesterday.

From what I hear...Pokerstars has outstanding customer support....Email them with what you know and they'll work it out one way or the other.

You can also set up the PokerStars client to e-mail you after every SNG or MTT that you play in.

Is it a discrepancy in your favor? Maybe you unlocked your deposit bonus, or got the $25 bonus from signing up through CardsChat or something?

Do you use PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager?

First have PS save your hand history, so you can go back on your own for reference:
poker stars Lobby -> Options -> Instant hand history options -> check "Save my hand history"

Next, request your tournament history for the past 99 tournaments (or whatever). Then all of your results will be emailed to you.
Poker Stars Lobby -> Requests -> Tournament History...

You can compare those results to your own.

If I were you and I was keeping my own records with a spreadsheet, I'd take this as an opportunity to try PokerTracker.
First, I'd email support@pokerstars.com and request my *complete* hand history (I got mine in a few days, but my friend's took a couple weeks). They send you a link where you can download a variety of ZIP files that have the data.
Then I'd download the trial version of PokerTracker and import all that data.
have PokerTracker import all your results too. Then compare that number to what's in your account.

You can also go to options in the lobby and check receive congratulatory email, in it will show what place you finished and amount of money won.

Thanks for all your help. Turns out I had a decimal point in the wrong spot.

there is a page call sharkscope that keep every your sit$gos record but I`m not sure if I can publish the link..so google it

I was looking at my stats on sharkscope and from 46 SNG on pokerstars I have a ROI on 13%. Is this any good?
