how crap are pokerstars support team, been trying to deposit funds for the last 6 hours to play in the 100,000 guarantee, it keeps asking me to enter passport details, (which i never had 2 do with my last account), even when i type in these details it says that my second names not right??, emailed the support team anyway and after about 4 hours and 5 emails i recieved a response which was to send them a photo of the passport. the pic was sent and.. no reply, so another email was sent, and...no reply...after another hour, after which the tourny was reg was full, i recieve a reply, this reply was a response to the first email sent hours earlier telling me that my email had been recieved and to fax them a pic of my id..what a waste of a day

THat sucks.. I have had a deposit problem today too....... It sais that you have a pending request of 600 dollar..

Normally the money come into my account instantly..... But not today


Absolute poker are worse.. they have called me up 3 times ore more and asked for details. Now they want me to send credit card picture, drivers lisence and a phone bill so they now where I live... I must do this to withdraw money from this site........

Absolute poker is the worst site I ever had been in when it comes to withdraw money.

poker stars customer support suck, I told them once my money runs out I am moving on to one of their competitors.

I think PS is having server problems today. I have been seeing a lot of strange stuff such as “players are now on a 1hr and 20min break.” In fact the game time for the tourny I am now playing is stuck at 1 min playing. I have been playing for almost 2 hours.

I find it really amusing that someone would email a poker site five times in four hours... they obviously haven't dealt with some of the poker sites that I have, if they really expect to receive a reply within one hour...

Never have Problems with Poker Stars Customer Support.
But 5 E-Mails in four hours ??? Thats more then amusing ...

I have not had a problem with PS support ever, in fact, I had made a deposit recently through WU and the deposit usually takes less than an hour to confirm deposit amount.
After about an hour I had E-mailed to ask what was taking so long and about 15-20mins after I sent the email the money was in my PS account.
BTW, this is the first time I have heard of PS needing passport for deposit,for withdrawls understandable but not deposit.

At least stars respond to emails. Unlike fulltilt, who take 1 week minimum to get back to you.

Longest I had to wait for Full Tilt was about 1 and a half days. I've had too much trouble with PokerStars, first with support and then with the software.

You sure your not getting this the wrong way around?
Fulltilt crashes like once a week and the quickest Ive even received an email from them is 4 days.

Personally i've always found Pokerstars support very good but being from ireland i guess i have no deposit issues cashed out just once and had no problems there either.
Now partypoker support they are truely MESSED UP BIGTIME!

I have always found pokerstars support to about the best there is on the web. Don't know what could have happened there. They even respond to my " your cheating me rants" in a timely fashion.

No, but I've only had to really e-mail support like twice. On Stars, I've had too much bad experience.

2 days ago I had a half hour back and fourth conversation with Pokerstars via E-mail support and resolved my issue right then and there. So far their support team seems solid.

im from ireland, and still cant deposit, three days now and still no reply,and thats after sendin them a copy of the passport. had to emailed them again there. I never had to go through all this shit the last time i had an account with them. gonna go on turbo tilt if i ever get this account rockin
