Poker Tracker Down?

I can't access PokerTracker.com and even worse, my install doesn't recognize my registration and I can't use my software at all. Anyone else seeing this?

Yeah, the site is down. MY software works though. you registration probably wont work with their site being down.

So what's different about your registration? Or are you on the trial?

I'm not on the trial. I have no clue. Mine is working and it's been up for like five hours. I thought you just downloaded it or something.

Maybe their servers went down after you opened PT. If you close it, you may not be able to get back in.

Yup. Same issue here, cant' verify registration.

I'll have a look around and see what I can find.

Just use the trial if you still have days left, luckily for me i just got a new laptop so my PT still had 30 days trial left on it, I just played my session in the trial version and i'll import the hands later, still had my HUD set up as usual so i was happy, i think their server is down b/c the website is inaccessible as well

Servers are bust. Also affecting website. No ETA for a fix at the moment.

This is probably hastening my switch to HEM.

I bought HEM while the server was down, twas the final straw this morning i guess, i want to start bringing a bit of PLO into my regular play as well though and PTOmaha is ugggggly I really liked HEM while i was trialling it but had already bought PT3 so i was kinda looking for an excuse to buy it i guess

Ha. I'll bet there was alot of that going on. I considered it myself.

fwiw HEM works the same way. If the site is down you can't open it.

I just migrated my PT and had the same problem. Support was very friendly but did not solve the problem. I did, by mistake: Do NOT use the registration box in the welcome screen for the trial, click Continue Trial and get the thing going, then register using the Help menu top right. Worked for me...

FWIW, here is a very simple way to get PT or HEM to work when their verification servers are down:

Since the key to the process is a date comparison on your system, just change your system date to a few days prior and it should work. Your computer date will be wrong, but your software will work. Then just change it back to the correct date when PT's server comes back up. This worked for me the last time I had this happened with PT, but I haven't had to try it with HEM.
