I just started the 60 day trial and i have some questions. First off i noticed there is an enormous amount of information it tracks, what are the main statistics i should focus on to help analyze and improve my game? Also are there any parts of the software that are not available during the trial period? I finnally have decided to get serious about my game and stop messing around. I want to get better and i feel this will help me. Any tips you all can give me to use this software to its full potential would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance all and good luck at the tables.

at first you got to realize you don't have enough HH to run HUD effectively. You need to auto import after play and analyze your BB an hour in the cash game area and your stt stats.

And check out this and part 2 of this video on youtube. GL bro. I just purchased the package. It's definitely worth it. But don't make mistake of ordering the small stakes package. Immediately after you run it you realize you need part 2 of the basic package that costs $89. Essentially I lost $5 trying to save money(paid 49.95 then 44.95 to get rest of basic package). Buy the $89 package. After you have it, you don't want to play without it. It helps you get honest with weather you're having a good or bad run.
GL bro.

What do you mean by this? If you're only playing microstakes, why would you need the full version right away?

I wouldn't listen to sean either. If you're not playing the limits over what the microstakes version tracks, then don't buy the full version, there is no reason to.

As far as learning how to get the most out of it, just search around the forums...nearly every aspect of pokertracker and holdem manager have been covered somewhere here, so there is really no need to repost it all. Search for things like "best HUD stats" or "HUD layout". Those will help you with some of the best things to have in your HUD. For a good resource on what all of those stats mean and what the ranges tell you about your opponents, check out my guide here. It says that it's for Holdem Manager, but it is really for any poker tracking software. That is a huge problem that a lot of people(including myself) have...they have their HUD set up perfectly, but they don't know what exactly they're looking at.

yeah sorry if I misled. When I first went to run PT3 it was late and a pop up said something along the lines that my HH was too large and would have to upgrade. It may of been a company ploy or my deliriousness from playing poker all night. The pop up was there no doubt. It was encouraging me to upgrade weather I needed it or not being a micro stakes player I guess I may have been fish food for the PT3 shark.
