Yeah I think we all have friends who play poker where one person seems to get the best of the other during home games. I have a buddy named Frank who is a great player when it comes to cash play in the Casino but when he plays with all of us he always seems to be 1st or 2nd man out when we have home tournaments. I say keep playing your game because in poker there is no such thing as friends at the table and no sorry's will ever come from me when I take someones money. They know the risk prior to playing so thats how you need to look at things.
Poker is capable to make new friendships. Either on home games or in real poker or forums like this. You never know where you may find a new friend. Good friends will never play each other with big stakes.

As everything in life, we need to have balance on the things we do. We have to conciliate poker, parents, friends, relationship, job, studies, and everything. It depends on your maturity to know when to choose each one

A true friendship cannot end from small things like some lost poker games. Each other can learn something even from this and make friendship stronger.
