I would like to know, what activity off-poker the proplayers use to do to be prepared for games and keep in constant evolution???

I think the best option is a regular analysis of your own right and wrong decisions. In my opinion, such analysis allows the player to improve their skills and thereby increase their professionalism.

As far as keeping your mind limber...just play whatever. Play free Cribbage online for $0. Play StarCraft vs 5 computers, or 1 human. Anything that presents you with decisions, and you find fun will help the cause.

There are several basic things that poker players use - sports, healthy food and meditation, it all helps to keep yourself in good physical shape and morally!

I suppose that it is different for everybody but in general you should be in good shape physically and in your mind to perform best. You need to rest well before the game and to focus your mind to give your best.

I have said "off poker", you must have to changed for off table, hahaha. I have heard about meditation, sports, hypnosis and etc... I know you play very well Lena.

Outra coisa que venho adotando é o método do win hoff, fazer alguma pesquisa.

Ele trabalha meditação, respiração concentrada para oxigenação das células e exposição ao frio como um banho de gelo.

Just find a routine that suits you. Working out,eating healthy and meditating are things that everyone should consider, regardless of what one does for a living.

usually the best time out of poker is walking in the fresh air. Sport is also important for maintaining player health and of course a good sleep before a session. and most importantly, to do all the business in the family before you go to poker
