Always play only for the money, the loss of which will not be a serious problem. And do not forget that poker is a game in which someone loses. Sometimes it will be you.

if you are an emotional person, then you just can not play poker !!! losing is like a cigarette, you get used to it.

I'm not a Dr. So I have no scientific proof to back this up, but I would say yes. That is if you play for a living, and don't have any other form of income. That stress could become unbearable. Much like Independent Stock Brokers/Traders in Wall Street. Those people jump out windows when they lose.

Jump out the window - not an option

In life there is always a way out. It does not matter how difficult )

It definitely helps to make sure you include some physical activity in your daily routine to help alleviate some of the physical and mental stresses that you encounter in poker, and just life in general. Exercising will help your body process stress hormones and adrenaline that can have some less than desirable affects on your body, and will help you get a good night sleep. I know I find it hard to sleep sometimes after a long poker session, especially if it was an emotional roller coaster of a poker game.

As for me, poker is a healthy sport.
I think that adequate, mentally balanced people think so too.

Any kind of sport in fact, it's nerves and anxiety.
If you are calm, you are either a drug addict. :canabis:)) Either a balanced person

I think the worse a person plays poker, the more he makes mistakes and loses money and the more poker harms his health) By raising your level of play you will be less subject to negative emotions and this will less affect your health ..:marchmell:dancing:

It doesn't really harm your health. But before you play poker before even thinking of sitting and playing a tournament or grind day. Make sure your mind is cleared your brain is set up focus so u can start playing. Never try to multitask anything with Poker. That can harm your bankroll :)
