poker nation

Hi i have come across a book called "Poker Nation" by Andy Bellin. Nothing unusual apart from the incription inside the front cover. It says "wednesday night poker club. To giles spackman" It has the address of "Mays Ranch Spring Branch Texas" which is the family home of lester Lowry mays.(In the Forbes top 400 richest list)It also has 7 signatures 1 being Randall Mays, Lesters son.It is dated 8th june 2002 and i have no idea who the other signatures are. Does anyone know anything about this poker club like who the other players might be. Is it still running or any other info. I'm really interested to find out how this book ending up in a small town in England. Thanks Brianj404
