Ik the biggest leak in my game is tilt/ focusing on short term results.Thinking about buying this book... anyone read it? It seems to be pretty highly rated. thoughts?

It's OK. Bit repetitive and boring imo.

Jared Tendler, mentioned above, has a book that should be out soon I believe and I prefer the mental game stuff in Tommy Angelo's Elements of Poker over Poker Mindset.

Best poker book I've ever read. I had a terrible time with tilt until I read this book. It perfectly puts poker in perspective imo. Anger can be a stubborn thing to get rid of, so I actually liked the way the book stratigically repeated its core messages and reinforced the learning.
