I was wondering if a pc emulator could work properly in order to install the software of some poker rooms that are not mac compatible and don't have developed a no download java client.
If someone succefully runs it, let me how is going on and the poker networks you are using.
Thank you

Sik's right Parallels Desktop is your best option, it can be bought here.
You can download Parallels, and Windows off of a torrent if you can find a good one.

If you don't have enough software to run on a computer, it become a toy for kids. Mac IS just a toy for kids and not for serious adult.

I beg to differ.... My Mac has all the complete Desktop packages, I run Parallels also, so I can play poker on Stars, Tilt and Party... All at the same time.

Duel monitors are fantastic.

Here comes the Mac/PC debate...

I'd get an ipad if I could play FullTilt on it.

This is absolute bs. A mac is much better then windows 7 or vista. Sorry mate but buy a mac before you say that. I own windows 7 and it's only used for poker only. I brought a mac air last week and it is fantasic.

Couldn't you use Virtual Box? It has a Mac version, and is free to download.

Mac looks good, all toys do. But if you are an advanced user who use more than 100 software and who can get a lot free software on the net then Mac IS really a useless toy.

pokerstars has a mac version and bodog has an instant play version. I don't think that you can do Fulltilt on a mac without any software.

FT Mac client was released about 4 years ago.

Poker Tracker 3 comes in a Macintosh version as well, it has a period of free trial for 60 days.

I run Poker co-pilot on my Mac book Pro and much prefer it over PT3 and HM that I have on other PCs. Its made by a guy in germany with a hand full of employees and are very responsive to updates and such. This is made exclusively for MACs. I attached a couple of screen shots for you. The HUD can actually provide up to a 16 stat overlay with twice that available upon fly over. The Chart and personal stats are very easy to use as well. GL

Don't think there's even a handful of employees is there. Steve is (or certainly was) a one man band. I remember being very excited when he got the HUD working (was a table of stats before that).

Also worth having a look at Xypto (think that's right). Think that's in a public beta now. I've not used this but looks interesting.
