Staking is becoming more of a norm and I don't trust my money in the stock market, let alone with someone else playing with it. But it is becoming more accessible with sites like Stake kings. So what do you guys think? can you play with other people's money? and is it worth losing some of the profits because you need to pay back the "investor"?

If you don't trust the stock market, why would you trust another poker player?

everyone should trust all poker players, they always tell the truth and would never run off with everyone's money when their shady poker site gets banned from the US....LOL
needless to say it will be a !!@#@ day when i give my money for someone else to play. They will have to earn it at the table from me.

On someone else's money is always easy to play, according to the principle: not mine, not sorry. Self comes to the body. Take someone money to build your bankroll - bad idea. Vsluchae loss will have to return the money, patrons do not have and that is understandable.

good luck with that lol get ready to loose alot first to learn how to get better then learn money management and man thats the hard part is having alot of restraint not to play higher limits then you should but ive been playing 20yrs and its almost not possible to play as an investment unless your able to do those key things to win and not lose your roll

Join a poker team or make a contract to invest money in a poker player. Hire an accountant and file everything in a notary's office. There is no risk. It specifies an account, you put it into court as if it were a loan. In the contract you specify the value of the division of the prize for each one.

lol i wish what ur first line held true, myself and others i know have lost $$ to new players posting for games and selling shares ,all is great till they receive the $$ and for some reason stop replying to their stake.. lot's of newbies post shares for games ,and i believe they use the $$ towards games not in there offerings ,loose the money, and are ashamed to reply back because they cannot proceed or have the funds to play the offerings they posted there shares for...
So with that in mind ,i am cautious to whom i buy shares or back untill i feel they are worthy, they have been a regular contributing member and also a factor is the player asking for backing has also backed others
[ps] one site i know of ,closed there forums to staking because of the fraudulent postings and i believe it actually hurt there membership and to this day its sad ,there were alot of us that bought shares in each other abd the forums were always full of action

hope this will never happen here at cardschat ,i have found everyone has a great attiude and good sense of humor:):):):):)

I would not dare to invest in another player. I don't want to take the money on the game.
